We offer free returns for online orders. You may return items sold by a--company.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused and in the same condition that it was received with the original packaging and tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions. In the case of items received incorrectly or damaged, you will be notified as soon as possible.
To return or exchange any item(s) from your order, email us at email@example.com
with your order number and reference the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide you with a Return Authorization number and shipping label that should be included with the return.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, however, please note this is subject to your bank's processing time.
Customs and duties costs as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded. Refunds are only permitted for full price times, sale or promotional items are considered final sale.
